Turbat – The Finance Department of Kech district organized a one-day training workshop on the online billing system for Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs), which saw the participation of a large number of government officials.
District Accounts Officer Saddam Baloch, along with other experts, provided guidance during the session, while officers from Quetta joined online to respond to participants’ queries.
During the workshop, participants were informed that each DDO must submit a Logical Access Request Form, after which a user ID will be issued to them.
It was further clarified that starting from August 31, 2025, the manual billing system will be completely phased out.
Workshops of this nature play a vital role in enhancing the professional capacity of government officials.
By introducing them to modern systems such as online billing, participants not only gain technical knowledge but also develop practical skills that improve efficiency in their daily tasks.
