DERA MURAD : In a major action against police corruption, the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Nasirabad district has fired the officer in charge of the Landhi Sharif police station.
The officer, Sub-Inspector Gehnor Khan, was dismissed from his job after an investigation proved he had connections with a notorious gang of dacoits. The gang is led by a man known as Durani Saraj Faqir Muhammad Magri.

An official notification was issued by the SSP’s office to confirm the termination. This move shows the police department is taking strict action against officers who are involved with criminal elements.
