NADRA Balochistan hosts live E-Kacheri to address public issues

QUETTA: In a bid to enhance direct communication and improve public service delivery, NADRA Balochistan, under the leadership of Director General Naveed Jan Sahabzada, organized a live E-Kacheri to address citizens’ concerns and provide timely solutions. The online initiative saw thousands of individuals from across the province actively participating by calling in and sending comments to raise their issues.

During the E-Kacheri, a wide range of concerns were presented, including issues related to the issuance, renewal, and verification of CNICs (Computerized National Identity Cards), B-Forms, and other vital services. Director General Naveed Jan Sahabzada not only listened attentively to the complaints but also issued direct instructions to the officers present to ensure that public grievances were addressed promptly.

During his address, Naveed Jan Sahabzada emphasized that NADRA Balochistan’s primary goal is to serve the public effectively and to provide the people with maximum convenience and the best possible services in the shortest time frame. The trust of the public is our greatest achievement, and maintaining that trust is our top priority.

He further stated that NADRA Balochistan is progressing with modern technology and people-friendly policies, and this live E-Kacheri is proof that the organization is committed to maintaining direct communication with the public.
