QUETTA: Member of the Balochistan Assembly, Kulsoom Niaz Baloch has strongly opposed the Anti-Terrorism Amendment Bill and calls it a violation of basic human rights.
According to details, during the assembly session, MPA Kulsoom Niaz walk out of the house in protest following she attempted to voice her concerns about the bill, but Speaker of the Assembly did not grant her permission to speak.
it is worthy to be notified that Kulsoom Niaz was the only National Party member present in the session, and no other opposition member joined her in the walkout.

While talking to media after the session, MPA expressed serious reservations, adding that the bill could undermine civil liberties and potentially lead to an increase in enforced disappearances and human rights violations in Balochistan.
