More rain forecasted across Pakistan including Balochistan

Quetta: The Meteorological Department has predicted further rainfall in several regions of Pakistan, including Baluchistan.

Rain is expected in parts of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Sindh as well. According to the forecast, showers are likely in various areas of Balochistan such as Barkhan, Kohlu, Musa Khel, Loralai, Zhob, and Kalat.

There is also a possibility of rain in Awaran, Khuzdar, and Lasbela.

However, most districts in Balochistan are expected to remain hot, dry, and humid.

The weather department stated that rainfall will likely continue in many cities across the country today, including Islamabad. Continued showers are expected in Rawalpindi, Murree, Galiyat, Chakwal, Attock, and Sargodha.

Additional monsoon rain is forecasted for Khushab, Mianwali, Jhelum, Gujranwala, and Gujrat. Cities like Lahore, Sialkot, Narowal, Sheikhupura, and Kasur are also likely to experience further rainfall.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, rain is expected in Peshawar, Abbottabad, Buner, Shangla, Swat, Malakand, Nowshera, Swabi, Bajaur, Mardan, Kurram, and Hangu.

Isolated showers may occur in Kohat, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan, and Waziristan. Meanwhile, in Sindh, Karachi, Thatta, and Hyderabad are expected to receive rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms.
