More Pakistani Students reach country from Iran

QUETTA: The Deputy Commissioner Gwadar has shared an important details about the Pakistani students in Iran .

In a news briefing, Naqeebullah , the DC Gwadar has said that as many as 50 students have reached Pakistan from Gwadar crossing.

He said that 50 students have crossed the border with an immense comfort.

He said that the District Administration took all the necessary measures for the safe arrival through the Gwadar crossing.

He further said that as many as 200 Pakistani students have arrived through Gubd- Reemdan Border.

He said that to ensure the safe arrival of the Pakistani students is our top priority.

Many Pakistani students have been studying in various universities and religious institutions in Iran, but recent unrest and protests across the country have affected their situation.

In recent weeks, dozens of Pakistani students have begun returning home through the Gwadar border crossing as safety concerns grow due to ongoing violent protests in Iran.

More than 100 students and pilgrims have already crossed into Pakistan, with additional groups expected to follow.

The Pakistan Embassy in Tehran and officials are assisting students with safe return procedures and advising all Pakistani nationals in Iran to stay in contact with diplomatic missions and follow travel advisories issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This situation highlights the importance for students abroad to monitor local conditions, stay connected with their universities and Pakistan’s diplomatic missions, and plan their travel accordingly to ensure their safety.
