Balochistan moves to reform zakat system with transparency

QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has announced that a new auditorium and hostel will be constructed at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) in Quetta, with both facilities being named in honor of provincial martyrs.

The auditorium will be named after Shaheed Mansoor Kakar, and the hostel will be named after Shaheed Professor Muzaffar Hussain Jamali . This decision is a tribute to their services and sacrifices .

Chief Minister Bugti stated that developing institutions like NIPA and providing modern facilities will enhance the capacity of officers and serve as a practical example for the younger generation . He emphasized that the government is committed to honoring martyrs through constructive projects designed to keep their memories alive .

This announcement is part of a broader initiative by the Balochistan government to pay tribute to martyrs. Recently, on the special directives of CM Bugti, two other educational institutions were renamed: Balochistan Residential College Loralai was renamed after Shaheed Captain Waqar Kakar, and Government Boys High School Kan Mehtarzai was renamed after Shaheed Constable Altaf-ur-Rehman .
