QUETTA: Mobile data service has been suspended across Balochistan including Quetta.
A news report suggests that there will be a complete suspension of mobile data in Quetta and other parts of Balochistan.
According to the report, the decision has been taken keeping in view the security and the law-and-order situation in Balochistan.
The report further said that the mobile services will be suspended for a week.
The sources from Kohlu have said that there is a complete suspension of mobile internet service in the district and the surrounding area.
The suspension of mobile internet service has caused troubles of the consumers in Kohlu.
A sudden pause in the mobile internet service has also been observed in Sibi, Loralai and Duki areas.
It is worth mentioning that the suspension of the mobile internet service makes a clear impact on the communication system in offices, businesses and all other sectors as most of the people heavily rely on WhatsApp service to communicate with each other.
The consumers also complain that the internet services of nearly all the mobile network companies are already too poor in Balochistan.
Additionally, the government frequently suspends the internet services on the security ground, but it is the common consumer who suffers the most on such moves.
However, the sources of the security officials have a clear stance that it becomes unavoidable to suspend mobile phone services in order to eliminate the communication of the militants for carrying out their wicked plans.
