Sui: Major Breakthrough in Security , Mirak Khan Chakrani Surrenders with 25 Companions, Joins Mainstream

A significant development toward restoring peace and law and order has emerged in Sui, Balochistan.

On February 5, 2026, at 2:30 PM, thanks to the efforts of the OSU (Operational Support Unit) and the special initiatives of Mir Aftab Bugti (brother of the Chief Minister and in-charge of Pakistan House Sui), Mirak Khan Chakrani along with his 25 companions laid down their arms at Pakistan House Sui, Dera Bugti district.

Mirak Khan Chakrani was previously a close relative and associate of Wadera Noor Ali Chakrani, the former front commander of the FAH-BRA group who had already surrendered.

According to security sources, this group had been involved in multiple incidents of robbery and extortion along the Sui-Karmir Road.

The surrender ceremony was attended by Wadera, local notables, elders of the area, and media representatives. Weapons and ammunition recovered from the surrendering individuals were handed over and collected in the presence of Mir Aftab Bugti.

In addition to surrendering their arms, Mirak Khan Chakrani announced his decision to join the Chakrani Peace Force and actively work against the remaining criminal and disruptive elements of the FAH-BRA group.

Security analysts describe this development as a major blow to the FAH-BRA and other criminal outfits operating along the Sui-Karmir Road. Experts believe the move is likely to encourage other armed and criminal elements in the region to abandon violence and reintegrate into the national mainstream.
