WADH: Senior leader of Jhalawan Awami Panel, Mir Nadeem Rehman, has declared that the martyrdom of Mir Ata-ur-Rehman Mengal stands as a timeless symbol of resistance and resilience against the oppressive and exploitative forces at play in Balochistan.
“Those who conspired to silence the voice of truth through bloodshed will gain nothing from their demonic cunning,” said Rehman, standing before a large crowd.
“The group involved in Ata-ur-Rehman’s martyrdom—seasoned in hypocrisy and generational treachery has always acted as a tool for external powers.”
He further focused on the group for inciting chaos in Balochistan to protect their personal interests, wealth, and British-gifted tribal titles.
Rehman also asserted that the so-called elite have historically used duplicity as a weapon, manipulating public sentiment and exploiting the people’s emotions in the name of honor, while selling out their own land.
In such a scenario, calling the martyr a “torchbearer of the freedom struggle,” Rehman said Ata-ur-Rehman Mengal’s blood will not go in vain.
Moreover, he also expressed deep concern over those who continue to parrot misleading narratives, saying it was pitiable that many remain mentally enslaved to this notorious group.
