Quetta: A man was shot-dead in a firing incident in Quetta. According to the report, some unknown assailants killed a person in Quetta.
The incident took place in the central area of Quetta, Jinnah Road. The man died right after the firing incident.
The unknown armed persons fled from the spot.
The police arrived on the crime scene and took the body to the hospital.
The police are carrying out the identification of the dead person.
The body will be handed over to the family once the body is identified.
In the meanwhile, the police have also started the investigation of the crime.
A search operation has been launched in the area after collecting necessary evidence of the crime scene.
It is worth mentioning that many firing incident have taken place in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan.
So far, many people have lost their lives in all those incidents. Yesterday, a CTD sub inspector was killed by some unknown armed persons on the Bacha Khan Chowk of Pishin.
People have expressed deep concerns over firing incidents and the losses of lives.
