ZHOB: An earthquake of magnitude 4.5 on the Richter scale jolted Zhob district and its surrounding areas in the wee hours of Saturday.
According to the seismic monitoring center, the tremor originated at a depth of 150 kilometers, with the epicenter located 60 kilometers southeast of Zhob.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage. However, the quake caused mild tremors that were felt in nearby localities, prompting concern among residents.
