QUETTA: Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, arrived in Quetta on a one-day visit. Alongside Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, he visited CMH Quetta to inquire about the health of those injured in the Khuzdar tragedy.
The Chief Minister announced financial compensation of Rs. 1 million each for the families of the martyrs and Rs. 500,000 for the injured.
Condemning the attack, he said the “cowardly terrorists of Fitna-e-Hindustan proved their fear by targeting innocent children.”
He further stated that the people of Balochistan are peace-loving and patriotic, and that the blood of the martyrs would not go in vain.
“We owe a debt to the sacred blood of our innocent martyrs and are proud of their sacrifice,” he added. “A handful of terrorists and their evil intentions will be crushed.”
The Chief Minister vowed that justice would be served, saying, “Every single drop of the martyred children’s blood will be accounted for.”

Governor KP expressed deep sympathy with the families of the martyrs, noting that Pakistan faces threats from both internal and external terrorism. He emphasized that just as the Pakistan Army has responded fiercely to external aggression, it will also ensure the defeat of internal elements involved in sabotage.
