Islamabad: Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has stated that terrorists in Balochistan are agents of Afghanistan, and following its defeat in war, India is now carrying out aggression against Pakistan through proxies.
With the support of the Baloch people, Pakistan will defeat this proxy aggression from Afghanistan and India.
Speaking to the media outside Parliament House, Khawaja Asif said these elements want to blackmail the state.
They are agents of our enemies and carry out attacks on us with the backing of those adversaries.
He further noted that over the past decades, significant development has taken place in Balochistan, including the construction of roads and educational institutions.
The Baloch nation has every right to a democratic culture and full ownership of their resources.
The Defence Minister emphasized that the federal government stands with the common people of Balochistan.
Terrorism will be met with a strong and comprehensive response there, and with the cooperation of the Baloch nation, Pakistan will defeat the designs of both India and Afghanistan.
He added that the entire world knows Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav is in Pakistan’s custody, and there is clear evidence of India’s involvement in terrorist attacks inside Pakistan.
