NASEERABAD: Deputy Commissioner of Naseerabad, Munir Ahmed Khan Kakar, said the Kachhi Canal project will boost the region’s development and agriculture. He promised full support from the district administration to WAPDA for starting Kachhi Canal Phase II.
He shared these views during a meeting on the project’s construction. He said the canal will improve farmers’ lives in Naseerabad. Better irrigation will raise crop quality and strengthen the local economy.
The Deputy Commissioner directed Revenue Department staff to address WAPDA’s concerns quickly. He urged them to clear all documentation issues without delay.
He called the project a matter of national importance. He assured that all departments are working to complete it on time.
