QUETTA: Justice Rozi Khan Bareech has officially taken oath as the new Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court (BHC), on Tuesday.
The oath-taking ceremony was held at the Governor House in Quetta. Governor of Balochistan, Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, administered the oath.
Supreme Court Judge Justice Jamal Mandokhail, judges of the Balochistan High Court, and several high-ranking officials from the judiciary, politics, and administration were among the attendants.
Chief Minister of Balochistan Sarfraz Bugti, Speaker Abdul Khaliq Achakzai, and various provincial ministers were also present in the event.

Justice Rozi Khan Bareech’s appointment is seen as a significant development in the provincial judiciary, and expectations are high for his tenure as Chief Justice.
