JD Vance: US will not intervene in Pak-India conflict

WASHINGTON: US Vice President JD Vance has said that US decided not to intervene in the ongoing conflict between the Pakistan and India.

During in an interview with US TV, US Vice President JD Vance has said that US is clear about the recent escalations between the two South Asia countries, US will not intervene in a war that has nothing to do with it.

Both the countries should think with a cool head, the conflict between Pakistan and India should not turn into a nuclear war and if that happens, it will be a catastrophic not only for the region but to the world, Vance said.

JD Vance said that the Pakistan-India conflict should be resolved soon, the US is concerned about the Pakistan-India conflict, currently it does not seem that the Pakistan-India war will turn into a nuclear war.

The US Vice President said that we cannot intervene in the war of the two countries, but the US can take the path of diplomacy.

Earlier on Thursday, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio contacted Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif of Pakistan.

The US Secretary of State said that the US is closely monitoring the situation in South Asia, and the US is committed to promoting peace and stability in the region.

The US Secretary of State stressed the need for both Pakistan and India to work together to reduce tensions.
