QUETTA: Two officials of Balochistan Education Board Quetta’s IT wing were arrested.
In new Balochistan news update, a proceeding was brought into act against the IT wing of the Balochistan Education Board.
Two officials were involved in irregularities and corrupt practices.
A departmental inquiry was launched against both the officials, which revealed that both the officials of the IT wing were found to be guilty.
Both the officials were arrested by the anti-corruption unit Quetta.

Irregularities and corrupt practices have repeatedly surfaced in the Balochistan education board in past years.
Cases included manipulation of examination results, selling of question papers, and even entire examination halls being “sold” to influential students.
Several officials were caught issuing fake mark sheets to help candidates gain admission to professional colleges, while others faced suspension for negligence and malpractice during exams.
Recruitment of teachers also faced serious allegations, with reports of favoritism, misuse of quotas, and appointments issued on pre-signed blank orders.
Funds meant for improving schools were often mismanaged, leaving many institutions without basic facilities or adequate staff.
These practices damaged public trust, undermined merit, and weakened the quality of education across the province.
Merit and transparency have been a key factor in the depravity of Balochitan.
A voice has always been raised to enforce law and discipline in many sectors. However, mismanagement, irregularities and corruption has been a core issue of Balochistan which have added to the wounds, miseries and frustration to the common people of Balochistan.
The trust over the merit system and law-enforcement has been lowering horribly.
