The minister for Communication Abdul Aleem Khan addressed to the inaugural ceremony of the conference and said the transport and the connectivity are the important steps of the economical development.
The government is taking necessary measure to implement a policy to modernize the transport system, focusing on the use of advanced technology and promoting environmentally sustainable practices.
It was further stated that through the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), Pakistan is enhancing its connectivity with other countries in the region.
Substantial funds are being invested in the construction and improvement of highways and roads to strengthen the national transport network and boost the country’s exports.
