Iran launches missile attacks on US airbase in Qatar

Tehran: Iran has launched a massive missiles attack on U.S. airbase in Qatar.

Iranian official television has said that Iran has started an operation against U.S. airbase in Doha, Qatar.

Iran launched six missiles on U.S. airbase. However, Qatar has said that the no causalities have been recorded in Iranian attack.

On the other hand, Israeli media has claimed that Iran has launched missile attacks in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Iraq however the U.S. officials have denied any such information.

The Ain ul Assad airbase in Iraq is on the high alert at the moment and the air defense system is active now.

The U.S. newspaper The New York Times has claimed that Iran had given a prior information about the missile attack to the Qatar officials.

The White House officials have narrated that they are aware of Iranian attack on Qatar airbase. Trump’s administration was already informed about those attacks.

The sirens buzz in Suadi Arabia near the U.S. airbase as well. Iran had affirmed that U.S. airbases will be attacked by missiles after B2 Bomber’s launching of missile attack on Furdow nuclear installations in Iran on Sunday.

The ongoing rift is a sign of escalation in the region as the war is likely to get more countries to be involved.

The war started from the Israel’s attacks on Iran two weeks ago.

The interior ministry of Bahrain has advised the citizens to shift to the nearby residential buildings as the sirens have started whistling in Manama.  The UAE has also closed its areal routs and has canceled all the flight operations.
