ISLAMABAD: Under the strategy of fifth-generation hybrid warfare, India has activated a widespread disinformation and misinformation campaign by operating thousands of fake accounts under Baloch identities.
These accounts are actively spreading hate-filled, anti-Pakistan, and anti-military propaganda on a daily basis.
The narrative being pushed clearly serves a nationalist agenda designed to divide and destabilize the unity of the country.
This alarming campaign aims to mislead innocent and ordinary Baloch citizens, inciting them against Pakistan and its armed forces.
Years ago, the Global Disinformation Lab had already exposed India’s involvement in spreading thousands of social media posts daily through such fake accounts to interfere in Balochistan’s internal affairs.
India’s intelligence agency RAW is operating these digital networks from areas near the Pakistan-India border. Some of the prominent handlers include individuals like Major Arjun Shukla, Deepak Negi, and others.
The accounts being used in this operation bear names like Fatima Baloch, Bahoot Baloch, Balochistan Facts, and Bolan News.
In addition to this digital warfare, India is also providing financial and logistical support to terrorist organizations such as the BLA (Balochistan Liberation Army), BLF (Balochistan Liberation Front), and several others engaged in terrorism in the province.
One such masked fake account under the name Fatima Baloch has openly called on terrorist groups to launch attacks in Punjab, even urging them to “turn the waters of five rivers red with blood.”

Despite these vicious efforts, Pakistan’s armed forces, intelligence agencies, and the patriotic people of Balochistan remain vigilant and fully prepared to counter and defeat every such malicious and hostile attempt.
