IIOJK’s CM admits Pakistan has once again globalized Kashmir dispute

SRINAGAR: Chief Minister of the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), Omar Abdullah has admitted that Pakistan has succeeded in starting the international debate on Kashmir dispute.

While giving interview to Indian channel NDTV, Omar Abdullah said that the Pahalgam attack destroyed the state’s tourism which been recovered after years of work, adding that the incident also allowed Pakistan to put the Kashmir dispute once again on international platforms.

He added that Pakistan has unfortunately again, managed to globalize the question of Jammu and Kashmir, and now the US offering to play a role of mediator between Pakistan and India on the Kashmir issue.

It is noteworthy that Pakistan has condemned the Pahalgam and strongly denied a hand in it, while offering India to collaborate in an independent and transparent probe. However, India has so far failed to provide any credible and substantial evidence in this regard.
