India's Hydro-Terrorism plan against Pakistan unveiled

ISLAMABAD: A video of a former Indian Army General goes viral which expresses India’s provocation and hostility to undone Pakistan with a sudden and excessive flow of water after stopping water for a while.

The retired Lieutenant General can be seen in the video sharing a hydro-terrorism plan against Pakistan.

The renowned anchor and the journalist Hamid Mir has shared a video on his access account which reveals India’s resolve to advocate hostility and provocation and using water as a weapon against Pakistan.

Lieutenant General Kanwal Jeet Singh Dhilon can be seen sharing a plan that how India can effectively use water as a tool to bring immense disaster in Pakistan.

Sharing a Hydro-terrorism plan LT. Gen (R) Dhilon suggests that India can block as much water as it carries the capacity to do so and then suddenly for one day and night, if India releases water, Pakistan cannot block or store water beyond a certain limit.

This will lead to flooding and Pakistan will not be able to utilize water in an affective way as well.

LT. Gen (R) Dhilon went on to say that similarly if we block water in summer when it is much needed one, and then release it in rainy season when it is not needed, India could use water as a weapon.

General (R) Kanwal Jeet Singh Dhilon further said that Indus Water Treaty is mutual agreement between Pakistan and India.

It is not an international treaty. India could and release water whenever it wants.
