RAWALPINDI : Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan was allowed to speak with his sons on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, according to jail sources.
Citing prison officials, a Geo News report stated that the former prime minister conversed with his sons, Qasim and Suleman, for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. During the conversation, the sons inquired about their father’s health and well-being.
Jail sources added that Imran Khan appeared happy to have spoken with them. The development came as prisoners across the country were granted telephonic access to their families on the festive occasion.
