KARACHI: Former Governor of Sindh, Imran Ismail, has stated that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership currently outside prison lacks the capability to effectively lead the party.
He emphasized that political conflicts should remain within the bounds of politics and urged party members to move forward by setting aside internal differences.
Imran Ismail remarked that one of PTI’s major weaknesses is that its social media operations are being run from abroad.
He cautioned against continuing the narrative of resistance, warning that it would lead to serious regret if not abandoned.
Criticizing individuals like Adil Raja, he claimed that such figures are driven by financial interests rather than loyalty to any political party.
He added that when court decisions go against him, Adil Raja resorts to dramatic reactions.
The former governor further stated that the accountability process that has begun will not be halted under any circumstances.
He also warned that those who once lined up in support of Faiz Hameed should be prepared to face the consequences as well.
It is worth mentioning that after the court’s verdict against former ISI Chief General Faiz Hameed, it has become certain the there will be more challenges for ImranKhan-Led PTI.
