FIA Nabs Key Human Trafficker, Six Afghans in Quetta

QUETTA: The Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) Anti-Human Trafficking Circle arrested a key human trafficking agent in Quetta, Balochistan.

The Anti-Human Trafficking Circle launched the operation and captured Torilai, also known as Abdullah.

The FIA said Torilai was a member of an organized trafficking gang. He smuggled people into Iran through illegal border routes. Officials seized his mobile phone, which contained proof of his crimes. They also found his contacts with another trafficker, Noorullah.

The FIA also arrested six Afghan nationals during the raid. They were being trafficked to Iran through illegal routes.

The agency has launched a wider crackdown on the syndicate. It is now hunting other gang members. Officials pledged to bring all traffickers to justice.

The FIA vowed to keep dismantling trafficking networks in Balochistan. It is also working with international partners to strengthen operations. The arrest marks a major step in Pakistan’s fight against human trafficking.
