KARACHI: A horrific fire that broke out at Gul Plaza in Karachi a few days ago claimed several lives and created scenes of utter chaos and devastation.
Videos of the tragic incident have been going viral on social media. Now, another video has surfaced showing that the Holy Quran placed inside the mosque remained completely safe and unharmed.
According to reports, during the fire incident at Gul Plaza, the mosque located on the first floor and the copies of the Holy Quran kept there were miraculously preserved.
A video recorded by a rescue official has gone viral on social media. In the footage, it can be clearly seen that while the surrounding areas were severely affected by the blaze, the mosque itself remained intact, and all the copies of the Holy Quran placed on the racks stayed exactly in their original positions, completely undamaged.
The prayer mats (saffs) laid out in the mosque, along with other items, were also preserved.
According to the rescue personnel, intense heat was felt both near and inside the mosque.
The video highlights what many are describing as a miraculous sign amid the heartbreaking tragedy.
