ISLAMABAD: Federal Educational Institutions Announce Holidays from March 16 to 31
The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) has issued an official notification declaring holidays in federal educational institutions in Islamabad from March 16 to March 31.
According to the notification, this closure of educational institutions has been decided as part of the government’s austerity drive and fuel conservation campaign.
Officials state that all examination-related activities and schedules will continue as normal.
Furthermore, instructions have been issued to immediately shift all BS programs to online classes, while 50% of the administrative staff in educational institutions will work under the work-from-home policy.
The notification specifies that this decision applies to all federal government schools and colleges in Islamabad.
