QUETTA: The final match of the 2025 Hockey Nations Cup between Pakistan and New Zealand will be broadcast live on a big screen at Ayub Stadium in Quetta. This special arrangement has been made on the directives of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, who aims to strengthen sports enthusiasm and national pride among the youth.

The highly anticipated final clash is scheduled to take place today at 6:00 PM. With both teams fighting for glory, the match marks an important opportunity for Pakistan’s national hockey team to etch a new chapter in the country’s sports history.

In this sense, the Chief Minister has instructed provincial authorities to make comprehensive arrangements for the public screening. The goal is to provide hockey fans in Quetta with an inclusive and festive environment where they can collectively support the national team.

The Sports Department of Balochistan, in collaboration with the district administration, has ensured a range of facilities for the spectators. 

These include foolproof security arrangements, adequate lighting, clean drinking water, and seating accommodations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees.
