Hindu priest says Modi govrt is using water politics to mislead the people

ISLAMABAD: The Hindu religious leaders raised some serious about the Modi-led Indian government’s intentions and performance of forces following the deadly Pahalgam attack.

A well-known Indian priest, Swami Avimukteshwaranand has said that it is childish and at the same time very misleading the public, for blaming the Pakistan after the Pahalgam attack without investigation.

He said that if they (govt) are very informed about the incident then they were failed to prevent the incident, has anyone asked the government about their responsibility of protecting the citizens.

“It is very easy to blame the others with the aim to hide own failure”, priest said.

Hindu priest has asked the Modi that how will they stop the water, adding this is only misleading the public, the government has no facility to stop the flow of rivers towards Pakistan and if the government begins to working it would take 20 years to achieve.

While talking to Indian social media social media users, Swami Avimukteshwaranand criticised Indian premier Modi’s administration, stating that the government is using water politics to mislead the people.

He added that someone has clearly failed in their responsibility in Pahalgam attack, and that failure must be held accountable.

Earlier, India announced to suspend the Indus Waters Treaty, also known as the Sindh Tas Agreement, and asked Pakistani nationals to leave India within 48 hours.
