QUETTA: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced scholarships for students from Balochistan for LLM and PhD programs.
Students from Balochistan will be eligible for LLM scholarships at domestic universities and for LLM and PhD scholarships abroad.
To apply, candidates must possess a Balochistan domicile and a local certificate.
The upper age limit for LLM applicants is 30 years, while for PhD applicants it is 35 years.
Candidates must have completed LLB and LLM degrees with at least 50% marks, and a minimum of 50% is also required in the aptitude test.
The deadline for submitting applications is January 13, 2026.
Additionally, the HEC has released the admission test schedule for LLB programs at Pakistani universities and institutions.
The last date to submit applications is December 29, 2025, and the admission test will be held on January 25, 2026.
The government has taken some significabt measures for the the students across Balochistan.
The scholarships have been announced for the stduents from priamry to higher education level.
The Balochistan students are open to be eduated in world’s top 200 uninversities for the scholarship.
The youth of Balochistan is also being trained in China for the technical and the skilled-based education.
Moreover, 45 thousand jobs are exclusively offered to the youth of Balochistan.
Moreover, the government aims to bring more students to be educated in the government schools.
The launching of Danish Schools across Balochistan will ensure quality and free education across Balochistan.
