QUETA: The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has forecasted strong winds and thunderstorms accompanied by rainfall in several parts of Balochistan over the next 12 hours.
Areas including Zhob, Loralai, Sibi, Dera Bugti, and Sui are expected to experience stormy weather along with showers.
Rainfall is also predicted in Khuzdar, Awaran, Barkhan, and Lasbela districts.
According to the NDMA, there is a risk of urban flooding in low-lying areas, and citizens have been advised to remain cautious and take necessary safety measures.
It is worth mentioning that after flood and thunderstorm in AJK, GB and KP, Punjab is now under flood.
Rains have hit central and Southern Punjab and water released by India has raised flooding in Sutlej, Jhelum and Chinab rivers.
Flood has now hit the southern Punjab districts of Multan, Muzaffar Garh and Rahim Yar Khan.
Death toll during the flooding caused by the ongoing Monsoon season has raised to over one thousand people in Pakistan.
Thousands of cattle have been drowned and the crops grown of millions of acres have been ruined.
On the other hand, the weather department has predicted more rains in Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan in the next 48 hours.

The NDMA and the rescue departments have been standing on their toes to rescue people to safer places.
