QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court has directed the transport department to submit a report by September 4, 2025, regarding the extension of the Green Bus Service route from the University of Balochistan to Sariab Custom.
The order was issued by a bench comprising Chief Justice Rozi Khan Bareech and Justice Sardar Muhammad Helmi during the hearing of a constitutional petition filed by Advocate Syed Nazir Agha.
During the proceedings, Advocate Syed Nazir Agha requested the court to extend the route beyond the university, stating that residents of Sariab would greatly benefit from the service if it reached Sariab Custom
Accepting the plea, the court instructed the transport department to present the report on the proposed extension.

Advocate Syed Nazir Agha further remarked that he would continue his efforts to ensure the Green Bus Service is extended from Baleli Custom to Pishin and from Sariab Custom to Mastung for the facilitation of the people.
