QUETTA : Balochistan Governor Jaffar Khan Mandokhel made separate visits to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Quetta Cantt and the Trauma Center at Civil Hospital on Jinnah Road on Tuesday to meet with individuals injured in a major blast near the FC Headquarters at Pishin Stop.
Inquiring about their health and expressing his solidarity. He issued direct orders to the concerned hospital authorities to ensure that all possible medical facilities are provided to the victims immediately.
During his tour of the wards, Governor Mandokhel reviewed the treatment being provided to the injured. He commended the doctors and paramedical staff for their excellent care and tireless efforts in responding to the tragedy.

A group of terrorists, including a suicide bomber, associated with Fitna al Khawarij, targeted the Frontier Corps (FC) headquarters in Quetta on Tuesday, martyring at least three people.
According to security sources, the assault began when a Suzuki pickup with explosives rammed into the compound entrance. Moments later, five militants of the Indian proxy, disguised in FC uniforms, attempted to storm the facility. Security forces immediately engaged them, killing all of the attackers before they could enter.
Two FC personnel sustained injuries in the exchange of fire. Authorities said the militants belonged to Fitna al-Khwarij, a proxy network backed by India.
Law enforcement and rescue teams rushed to the scene, shifting the dead and injured to local hospitals, where a state of emergency were declared. Footage from the site showed smoke billowing over the area, while nearby buildings suffered shattered windows from the blast impact.

Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti on Tuesday strongly condemned the suicide blast near the Frontier Corps (FC) headquarters in Quetta, vowing that cowardly terrorist acts would never weaken the nation’s resolve.
In a statement, Bugti praised the swift and effective response of security forces, who foiled the terrorist assault and killed all the attackers. He prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured and emphasized that the sacrifices of citizens and security personnel would not go in vain.
Bugti reaffirmed his government’s commitment to restoring peace in the province, saying Balochistan would be made secure and stable at all costs.
