FO highlights India’s role in supporting terror groups in Balochistan

ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Office Spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan has said that India is supporting terrorism in Balochistan through its proxies.

Shafqat Ali Khan said that India in directly involved in disrupting the peace in Balochistan and targeting the unarmed civilians through its proxies by providing financial and logistical supports to the banned terrorists organizations such as BLA and BLF.

He further said that Indian interference occurs in Balochistan and Indian proxies are involved in terror incidents. Pakistan is raising this issue at every forum in the world.

He also highlighted the continuous human rights violations in occupied Kashmir and asked the international community to take notice of the situation.

Regarding the Pakistan and China relation, foreign office spokesperson said that Beijing is a close friend of Islamabad, there is no change in our policy on the issue of Taiwan.

According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Pakistan wants to join the BRICS organization of countries. We cannot comment on the things that are coming out about BRICS now because we are not yet a member.
