An e-filing system is an electronic platform that enables individuals, businesses, and government departments to submit, store, and track documents or applications online instead of relying on paper files.
It is commonly used for tasks such as legal filings, tax returns, public records, and internal government workflows.
The system provides secure user accounts, digital signatures, and real-time tracking of submissions, ensuring that documents are delivered quickly and accurately.
By reducing the need for physical paperwork, it saves time and costs, enhances transparency, and offers easy access to records from any location with an internet connection.
