QUETTA: Commander of Afghanistan’s Hamza Military Academy, Saeedullah Saeed, says that individuals who affiliate with one group or another to engage in jihad in a foreign country are not considered mujahideen.
He was referring to the terrorists associated with terrorist groups like TTP, ISKP, and other groups involved in cross-border attacks in Pakistan.
Pakistan is consistently protesting to Kabul and sharing evidence of Afghan terrorists involved in cross-border terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
“Those who defy the Amir-ul-Momineen’s orders and go to fight in another country (Pakistan) are not justified and are disobeying the Amir-ul-Momineen’s orders,” says Commander Saeedullah Saeed of Hazrat Hamza Military Academy while addressing a graduation ceremony for 400 police personnel in Kabul.
Commander Saeedullah Saeed stated that Mujahideen are not allowed to participate in any foreign jihad (including in Pakistan) without the approval of the Supreme Leader Hibatullah Akhundzada.
“If anyone goes for jihad outside Afghanistan (in Pakistan) without the Emir’s order, they will be considered sinful,” said Commander Saeedullah Saeed.
“All Mujahideen must follow the Supreme Leader Hibatullah Akhundzada’s instructions regarding jihad,” he emphasized.
Saeedullah Saeed made these remarks during the graduation ceremony of a 45-day police training course, in which 400 police officers graduated.
He further stated that individuals who affiliate themselves with any group to engage in activities in foreign countries will not be considered Mujahideen.
He added that the purpose of this directive is to ensure discipline within the organization and to demonstrate the Taliban’s distance from global jihadist groups.
