QUETTA: A tragic accident occurred on Speeni Road in Quetta when an over-speeding tractor struck a motorcycle, as a result, the husband riding the motorcycle was killed, and his wife sustained serious injuries on late Sunday night.
According to reports, the husband riding the motorcycle breathed his last on the spot and the rescue team shifted the injured woman to nearby hospital for medical treatment.
The tractor driver fled the scene immediately after the accident. Authorities have started an investigation and are searching for the driver.

The residents of the area expressed anger and frustration over the tragic accident, demanding that authorities take immediate action. They claimed that accidents involving tractors have been causing continuous fatalities in the area, urging the government to implement strict measures to prevent further loss of life.
