MASTUNG: Two individuals lost their lives in a firing incident near Hakim Sheikh Haji Abdul Baqi Street in the Killi Tundlan area of Mastung. The shooting triggered panic in the locality as police rushed to the scene and collected forensic evidence.
According to police sources, both parties involved in the incident were close relatives originally from Sindh but currently residing in Mastung. One person from each side died in the exchange of fire.
Preliminary investigations suggest the incident may have stemmed from a personal dispute or longstanding enmity. However, police have launched a deeper investigation to determine the exact motive.
Authorities transferred the bodies to a local hospital, where medico-legal formalities are underway. Police stated they will share further details once the investigation is complete.
