KALAT: There are reports circulating on social media regarding road blockades and vehicle checks allegedly carried out by terrorists in Kalat have been strongly refuted as baseless propaganda. There is no such incident of check posts or vehicle searches has taken place in the area. The rumors are being described as part of a deliberate disinformation campaign aimed at creating fear and confusion among the local population.
In addition, the local administration in Kalat has also reassured the public that law enforcement agencies remain fully vigilant and committed to ensuring peace in the region. So far, the citizens have been urged not to pay heed to unverified reports and instead rely on credible sources of information.

In this sense, it has further been underlined that spreading fabricated stories not only undermines public trust but also serves the agenda of those who seek instability in Balochistan.
