QUETTA: The Indian-backed propaganda account is spreading misinformation regarding the arrest of Mahal Baloch and falsely portraying her as the victim of enforced disappearance by the state. However, the available evidence and official sources tell a different story.
According to details, Mahal Baloch was arrested at security check post while attempting to smuggle a suicide vest hidden under her chaddar. The arrest was made as part of a routine and lawful security operation.
The Indian propaganda account is spreading the lie that Mahal Baloch was forcibly disappeared and made to give a statement, when in fact she was arrested at a check post with a suicide vest hidden under her chador. Court bail is not innocence, it is merely a legal requirement. The official sources have categorically denied any claims of forced detention, asserting that the arrest was based on credible intelligence.
Some foreign media platforms have tried to label Mahal Baloch as a prisoner of conscience or a victim of state oppression, ignoring the serious nature of the charges. Officials argue that such portrayals are an attempt to whitewash terrorism under the guise of human rights advocacy.
Meanwhile, the legal experts also clarified that the granting of bail by a court does not imply innocence, but rather a procedural step within the judicial process. It does not override the evidence gathered during the investigation, nor does it absolve the accused of responsibility.
