Emergency drills initiated by Levies QRF team in Dera Bugti

DERA BUGTI: Deputy Commissioner Zohaib-ul-Haq, the Levies Quick Response Force (QRF) has initiated a series of emergency preparedness drills across the district. The primary objective of these exercises is to enhance the team’s operational readiness and ensure a swift, effective response in the face of emergencies, natural disasters, or any unforeseen critical situations.

The drills focus on equipping the QRF personnel with the necessary skills to carry out rescue and relief operations efficiently. These exercises are designed to simulate real-life emergency scenarios, enabling the force to practice rapid deployment, strategic coordination, and effective communication during crisis situations.

Furthermore, it is pertinent to mention that the need for an active and trained emergency response unit in every district of Balochistan has become increasingly evident, especially in light of recurring natural disasters and security challenges.

The district administration of Dera Bugti is also planning to expand these drills to include collaboration with local health services, disaster management authorities, and community volunteers to develop a comprehensive emergency response framework.
