Balochistan faces serious challenges due to the absence of a proper land management record.
Disputes over ownership are common, forged documents create corruption, and development projects often stall because boundaries are unclear.
Farmers and landowners struggle to prove their rights, and the government loses revenue because taxes and leases cannot be accurately collected.
A reliable, digitized land record system is essential to provide clear ownership, reduce conflicts, and make transactions transparent.
