A meeting of the District Health Committee was held in Gwadar under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Hamoodur Rehman. Officers from relevant departments attended the meeting.
The committee discussed the supply of medicines, the status of new Basic Health Units (BHUs), and other health-related issues in the district. The Deputy Commissioner warned that strict action will be taken against doctors and staff found absent from duty.

The repair work of various BHUs and Rural Health Centers (RHCs) was also reviewed. Officials were instructed to complete all maintenance within the given timeframe.
The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that providing basic health facilities to the people is the top priority of the government.
