QUETTA: Deputy Commissioner Quetta, Mehrullah Badini, visited various development schemes underway in the City Subdivision, where he was briefed on the progress of multiple projects and focused on the need for timely and transparent completion to benefit the public.
The Deputy Commissioner reviewed infrastructure, civic, and community-related initiatives being carried out under the current development program.
Furthermore, Badini directed the departments concerned to ensure that all projects are executed with full transparency, accountability, and quality standards.
He underlined that public funds must be utilized responsibly and that delays would not be tolerated.
He further stressed that projects should be completed within the stipulated timeframe so that citizens may begin to experience improvements in their daily lives without unnecessary waiting.
He added that timely execution of development initiatives was not only vital for improving urban infrastructure but also for strengthening public trust in government institutions.
The Deputy Commissioner also noted that Quetta, being the provincial capital, requires special attention in terms of development and modernization.
Moreover, Badini urged contractors, engineers, and administrative officials to coordinate closely and remove any bottlenecks hindering progress.
He assured full administrative support to overcome obstacles but made it clear that negligence or poor performance would be dealt with strictly.
