TURBAT: Deputy Commissioner Kech, Bashir Ahmed Baloch has officially launched the Monsoon Tree Plantation Campaign 2025 in Makran Division and planted a sapling to mark the beginning of the campaign.
According to details, Officers from various government departments also participated in the launch and emphasized that climate change cannot be tackled without tree plantation.
Under the campaign, thousands of trees will be planted across Kech, Gwadar, and Panjgur in government offices, educational institutions, and rural areas.

Officials also appealed to the public to contribute to a greener Balochistan by planting trees at their homes and workplaces.
