As a son of the region who has spent years investigating the deepening crisis in Balochistan, I have witnessed the dangerous transformation of local grievances into an international proxy war. What’s happening in Balochistan is no longer a conflict over rights or development—it is a meticulously orchestrated campaign of destabilisation, funded and operated by foreign powers, notably India and Israel.
Just days ago, security forces in Karachi dismantled a major terror network. It wasn’t a group of petty criminals. It was a fully equipped, trained, and ideologically primed terror cell, armed with Israeli-made devices, encrypted laptops, and a digital communication infrastructure that traced back to RAW and Mossad. Their mission? Spark sectarian violence by launching coordinated attacks on mosques and Imambargahs to ignite civil unrest across Pakistan.
Even more alarming was the discovery in Gwadar, a city pivotal to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). Beneath makeshift fisher huts, a fiber-optic communication line had been secretly laid out. At first glance, it appeared to be nothing more than plastic tubing, but upon closer inspection, it was discovered to be a secure data line, directly linked to espionage networks. This was no ordinary surveillance—it was a strategic node feeding intelligence to hostile foreign agencies.
These operatives were not outsiders in appearance—they were embedded among us, disguised as fishermen, laborers, and residents. In both Karachi and Gwadar, they had been quietly mapping out sensitive installations, collecting data on naval assets and port logistics. Their objective was clear: sabotage CPEC, erode economic confidence, and keep Balochistan perpetually in flames.
The most chilling part of this plan is its digital dimension. These groups were being paid through untraceable cryptocurrencies. Bonuses were awarded for every successful disruption—whether it was an attack, a viral propaganda video, or the successful recruitment of local youth. This is not an insurgency for freedom; this is terror-for-hire, where the currency is not ideology, but cold, hard crypto.
Let me be clear: these elements have nothing to do with the proud and resilient people of Balochistan. The Baloch are patriotic, dignified, and peace-loving. The traitors who sell their souls for a few dollars, who carry out bombings in their land to please their foreign handlers, are not sons of this soil—they are mercenaries.
India’s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval has openly admitted to using proxy warfare in Pakistan. The case of Kulbhushan Jadhav—a serving Indian naval officer caught red-handed—is not a conspiracy theory. It’s a documented fact. India’s intelligence operations in Balochistan go far beyond surveillance—they involve arming separatists, providing safe havens abroad, and funding media disinformation campaigns that portray terrorists as freedom fighters.
Who suffers the most? The common Baloch. Brave, educated voices like Deputy Commissioner Zakir Majeed are targeted and silenced. The aim is to suppress rational discourse and empower radicalism. They want Balochistan to remain in chaos so that the youth are easier to exploit, easier to recruit, and easier to use as cannon fodder.
Pakistan has now adopted a zero-tolerance policy. The time for appeasement is over. Every innocent life taken will be answered for. The leadership of these terror outfits must be eliminated—either through force or by cutting off their foreign funding. The state has been patient for too long; now it’s time to act decisively.
We are not alone in this fight. The world is finally waking up. International observers are acknowledging the professionalism and restraint of Pakistan’s armed forces, particularly under the leadership of General Asim Munir. Pakistan has shown immense patience despite relentless provocation. But let there be no doubt—we will defend our sovereignty, our people, and our land at any cost.
The narrative is changing. The lies are collapsing. And the traitors, both foreign and domestic, will soon have no place left to hide.
