NORTH WAZIRISTAN: The district administration of North Waziristan has declared a complete curfew due to the deteriorating security situation in the district. The curfew imposed today at 5 am will remain in force until 7 am on Monday, August 18.
Officials said all movement within the district limits will be banned during this period. Markets, bazaars, and commercial centers will remain closed. Travel on all main roads and in different areas will also be strictly prohibited.
The administration urged residents to complete their daily activities by Saturday and cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
Authorities further clarified that the existing ban on movement from sunset to sunrise will continue until further notice. Citizens have been advised to remain cautious and follow the restrictions.
