KARACHI: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested two militants of Fitna-ul-Khwarij in an Intelligence Based Operation (IBO) operation, conducted in Mangopher area of Karachi.
According to CTD Spokespersons, the operation was conducted following credible information regarding the presence of terrorists in the area. He said that CTD force successfully arrested two terrorists affiliated with the Indian-backed extremists’ group Fitna-ul-Khwarij.
CTD spokesperson further said that the arrested terrorists were believed to be close friends of Sharifullah, the most wanted terrorist. The arrested terrorists belonged to Qilla Abdullah district of Balochistan.

He claimed that they were sent to Karachi to carry out terrorist activities with the intent to destabilize the city’s security. The case was registered against the arrested suspects in CTD police station. CTD has started further investigation into the case.
