Kalat: Several passengers were injured when a coach traveling from Karachi to Quetta came under gunfire in Kalat, Balochistan, according to a private TV channel report. As many as three passengers were killed in the incident. The militants attacked on the van with guns and hand grenades,
The dead bodies and injured persons are being shifted to DHQ Kalat for medical treatment.
It is worth mentioning that just a day earlier, unknown terrorists attempted to attack another passenger bus in Kalat, but their plan was foiled by the passengers.
Last week, a tragic incident occurred when nine passengers were killed after being offloaded from a Quetta-to-Lahore bus and targeted based on identification. The spokesperson of the Baluchistan government Shahid Rind has said that the security forces have launched a search operation and they are finding the fled militants. The emergency has been launched in the DHQ Kalat.
